My experience in Turin, by Ángela Rodríguez
When we were told last September that we were going to Turin at the end of October, I really felt excited about the idea of travelling abroad for the first time in my life. So, each time we talked about the trip, a smile appeared on my face and high expectations came to my mind. Well, now I can say that the trip was beyond my expectations and it was such an incredible experience that I had never imagined I would live. I met again my Erasmus partner Irene and her family, who were so kind and nice with me. She showed me Turin and taught me a little bit of Italian. Although we don’t share so many hobbies, I can say that we have become good friends. In Turin I also have met amazing people that I hope to see again and l have learnt a lot about the city, its history, the culture, the food…So, to sum up, it has been a great experience that I won’t ever forget and I’m so proud that Turin has been my first travelling destination. And I’d like to thank my teachers for making it possible and for the astonishing week in Turin that they planned for us.
